In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, NPC has implemented a Health and Safety policy for in-person gatherings and worship. For the full policy, click the link below. For a brief summary of what you can expect for in-person worship, see below.
A Worshipper’s Guide to worshipping in-person in a pandemic
Self-assess/Vaccinations: All attendees must complete a self-health assessment and be fully vaccinated (except for children under 12) before arriving to worship. Please complete the Ontario COVID-19 self-screening online tool on Sunday morning prior to coming to worship.
Print your bulletin: If you would like a bulletin, please print one at home and bring it with you. Bulletins will be sent out via email.
Wear a mask: Please wear a mask when inside the church building. If you do not have one, a disposable mask will be provided.
Social Distance: As much as possible, please remain 2 metres from those not in your household.
Follow the arrows: Please enter the building using the front doors. An usher will greet you and direct you down one of the two aisles to your seat. After worship, you will be invited to exit the building by following the arrows through the sanctuary doors, into the hall and then out the hall door on the right.
Keep your stuff with you: Please keep anything you bring (coats, purses, hats, etc.) with you and be sure to take any garbage (used tissues, wrappers, etc.) as well.
Sit with your household: Please sit in one of the available, empty pews. You may only sit in a pew with others if they are in your household. Children are invited to stay with their household (including during children’s time). There is no onsite Sunday School program at this time.
Use the restrooms: The restrooms are available for use. If you need to wait for a restroom to be available, please line up using the tape marks on the floor in the hall.
Make an offering online: Please take advantage of the ways to give to the church remotely:
You may also place an offering in the offering plates by the entrance and exit.
Sing with your hearts: Please sing with your hearts, not your lungs.
Read on the screen: Lyrics to the hymns and the scripture readings will be projected on the wall at the front. Hymnbooks and Bibles have been removed from the pews.
